Neville Dunn
Real Estate Manager

Neville joined the company in 1983 as a sub-agent working, with Mr Barry Dempster. He has experienced all aspects of real estate marketing including houses, investment properties, business sales, farms, Grampians lifestyle properties and commercial / industrial complexes. Neville completed the Real Estate Licensing course in 1996 and became Manager at that time. Neville and his team have featured in the company’s “Top 10” for sales performance in each of the last four years (taking in all of Victoria and southern NSW).

Bruce McIlvride
Residential & Rural Sales

Bruce joined the team in July 2007 with 3 ½ years experience in the local real estate industry. Bruce has undertaken many facets of the industry including property management and sales. Bruce completed his Real Estate License course in 2006 and is always looking for the next challenge and feels that joining Landmark will allow him to fill any gaps in his real estate career that he hasn’t experienced to this stage. Growing up locally on a rural property 30km from Stawell, Bruce has always longed to get involved in the rural property market. Well known in the area as a result Bruce’s years in the hospitality industry as a chef, he looks forward to joining the friendly team at Landmark Stawell.

Anne Spence
Property Manager / Sales

Anne joined the team in November 2006 and is employed as Property Manager and Sales Support within the Real Estate Division. Anne comes to Landmark from another local business having worked at Aunde Australia for the past 2 years, in the role of Financial Assistant and later as Logistics Manager. Prior to that she worked for the Ballarat University in the role of Traineeship Co-Ordinator where she was responsible for Wimmera region.

Anne grew up in Melbourne where she married and later moved to Ballarat and had two beautiful children, who are now grown up. Anne has a manufacturing background and was responsible for overseeing the production and manufacturing of goods at FMP (formerly Bendix Mintex). In 2003 Anne and her family moved to Stawell for another tree change. Anne is now contributing to the friendly and professional services provided by the team at Landmark Stawell and has already attracted new rental business, together with obtaining her Agent’s Representative Certificate.

Lisa Lyons (currently on maternity leave)
Sales Administration

Lisa is our Office and Administration Manager. She joined the company in 1996 and has overseen the progression of our office systems to the highly computerised level we have today. Lisa plays a major role in customer service and administers our general insurance business, which runs in tandem with the real estate business. Lisa has completed her Agents' Representative Certificate.

Susie Osborne-Rigby
Sales Administration

Susie joined the Company in November 2006 as a receptionist and works with Lisa in Sales Administration. Susie is looking forward to a challenging and rewarding time and Landmark Stawell.

Bev Kindred
Sales Administration

Our newest member of staff, Bev, joined our team at Stawell in January 2008. Bev has many years experience working in customer service, reception and accounts and she looks forward to the challenge of working with the successful team at Landmark Stawell.

Barry Dempster
Auctioneer

Barry is a well known district auctioneer and conducts most of our property auctions, clearing sales and antique sales. He has over 30 years experience in the local real estate market and is frequently consulted for advice on Grampians and Halls Gap properties.

 

Ron Richards and Don Murphy
Livestock / Wool / Insurance

Ron and Don manage the livestock and wool aspect of the Landmark business. They are a great source of knowledge and support when it comes to the appraising and marketing of rural properties. Ron and Don are held in high regard by the local farming community and their advice is greatly respected.
